What is Concierge Therapy
What is Concierge Therapy?

This is a new terminology in the provision and description of psychological therapeutic practice. It focuses on a highly individualized approach to the organization and process of psychotherapy. It asserts the concentration on both an intimate and a comprehensive psycho therapeutic counseling approach. Based on the organization of our practice model, we are alleviated from a number of time-consuming aspects of many practices. This allow the limitation in the number of cases we can take on, thereby providing the basis for a more concentrated personal attention for each client.

Key characteristics of the concierge model:

It is client centered: The client’s time and needs are important. Recognizing how valuable personal time is in today’s busy environment, we can offer appointment times generally at the convenience of patients, mornings, afternoons, early evenings, and weekend appointment times can be made available. Further, arrangements can be made for extended, double sessions. It is sometime possible to arrange for same-day appointments or next-day appointments. Further, efforts are made to assure on-time appointments to eliminate irritating time waiting for session to start.

Every effort is made to assure the privacy and comfort of the client: Our office is designed to make the client feel at ease and comfortable. The surroundings create a calm, harmonious environment where the client does not feel out of place or intrusive. Effort has focused on creating a quiet, comfortable, and safe environment in which one can express oneself. You can be assured that you can encounter and exchange with the psychotherapist in security and privacy.

Another element of the concierge concept is that the psychological services are rapidly available and easily accessible. All interactions are directly between the client and the psychologist. There is no receptionist to act as gatekeeper between the client and the psychologist. The client’s needs are the focus of the psychologist’s professional attention.

Quality concierge psychological care is thorough and complete. The psychological care and attention is comprehensive. Time with the psychologist is focused on the client’s wants and needs. The attention of the psychologist is focused on the client. Every effort is made to understand the circumstances and needs of the client. If need be, the psychologist can cooperate with other medical or psychological professionals to encounter and deal with the client’s problems and circumstances.

Convenience for the client is the watchword for concierge care. Every effort is made to understand and organize the client’s sessions and time with the psychologist to make it convenient and comfortable for the client.

Against the backdrop of our busy lives, concierge services provides a personalized environment for the assessment of personal needs, analysis of contributing circumstances, and the determination of effective approaches to the treating the client’s problems. Accessibility and immediacy are two critical elements of concierge care.

The concierge approach provides the psychologist with optimal opportunities to connect with the client to form a partnership to determine approaches to encountering and dealing with the client’s problems in a unique and effective way. Personalized services are the critical concept. Blair Wellness carefully controls the caseloads for the psychologist to provide optimal time and attention to each individual client.

For Blair Wellness Group, clients can be assured of a high quality of attention and services. Your call initiates the attention, concern, and services of high quality, professional psychological care responding to the client’s circumstances and needs through the concierge concept.
